Beschreibung
Oliver Müller is Consultant at the German branch of Arthur D. Little in Düsseldorf. He belongs to the eBusiness Center (EBC) with a particular focus on eMarketplaces and eProcurement.
Prior to joining Arthur D. Little, Oliver Müller worked for 8 years in the IT industry and the consumer goods industry. Main responsibilities were in the areas of strategic purchasing management, business development, organisational restructuring and workflow optimisation.
As core team member or sub-case manager Mr Müller was most recently involved in the following eBusiness assignments:
· Launch of a horizontal marketplace (B2B) for MRO goods which is operated by a leading European telecom provider:
· Design of a vertical marketplace (B2B) focusing on mission-critical production goods in the electromechanical industry:
· Partner management for the banking portal (B2C) of a leading German private bank :
· Several turnkey eStrategy workshops in the machinery, chemicals, utilities and consumer goods sector targeted to potential eMarketplace/eProcurement opportunities
Mr Müller holds a MBA in International Management from the European School of Management (ESCP-EAP) in Paris (France), a BBA in Finance and Accounting from the Hogeschool van Utrecht (Netherlands) and a Betriebswirt (VWA) awarded by the Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie in Essen.
He is fluent in German and English and has basic knowledge of French.
