Beschreibung
Stefan Dietrich studied Telecommunications Engineering at the University for Applied Sciences in Bingen/Germany and achieved in 1994 the Bachelor of Telecommunications.
From 1994 til 1997 he started his career as Engineer at Motorola, where he was responsible for the systemdesign and implementation of a paging network. During the evaluationprocess for Motorola’s Call-Center vendor, Stefan Dietrich started to gain experience in this technology and moved end 1997 to the Business Communications-Division of Lucent Technologies. At Lucent he was responsible for complex ACD design requests and PreSales consulting for large Enterprises.
From 1999 til end 2001 Stefan Dietrich joined Cisco Systems as Principal Consultant for the solutionsales of Cisco’s IP-based Intelligent network-and MultiChannel products.
Since beginning 2002 Stefan Dietrich is working for Avaya as Applications Consultant, with focus on Strategic and Large Enterprises in EMEA. His responsibilities include the translation on business requirements to feasable technical solutions out of Avaya’s collaborative CRM- and Speech Self Service portfolio. Since mid 2006 Stefan Dietrich leads the EMEA Self Service practice within Avaya, where he supports partners and ISV's as well as endcustomers to create state-of-the-art Self Service solutions.
