itelligence UK acquires SAP BusinessObjects partner Blueprint Management Systems Ltd. / SAP consulting company itelligence continues expansion strategy in UK

Ascot (ots) - itelligence AG, a leading global SAP partner for the
SME market, today announced the 100% acquisition of the British
company Blueprint Management Systems Ltd., London, one of SAP UK's
leading BusinessObjects partners, by its Ascot-based British
subsidiary itelligence UK.

This acquisition represents a significant expansion in the range
of services offered by itelligence in the UK in the growth segments
of business analytics and SAP BusinessObjects.

sales of GBP 8.9 million in 2011. The renowned business analytics

Education Partner, Blueprint has received numerous accreditations
from SAP.
