Challenge

Unident AB supplies advanced products and materials to the dental market. It is a market leader in Sweden in the field of digital X-ray and one of the biggest players in the field of dental lasers.

The company was launched in 1992 and has offices in Falkenberg, Stockholm, Gothenburg, Horten and Copenhagen. Unident has an annual turnover of some SEK 175 million and is one of the fastest growing companies in Sweden. Three years after its launch, the company had grown too big to be able to handle customer relations and information manually. Its customer stock had grown, and more staff maintained contact with customers. The challenges lay primarily in maintaining control over customer details and working systematically with information to create effective monitoring of campaigns and more personal contact with customers. The entire customer processing system needed a lot of streamlining.

Solution

Unident put together a project team whose task was to compare a number of competing CRM systems. SuperOffice stood out early on as offering more value for money and being easier to expand than other systems thanks to the modules available for it. However, this decision was also made on the basis of the intuitive, easily understandable erface. Unident's initial challenges were met with the standard SuperOffice system.
