The agenda was all clear with Fionia Bank. With headquarters in Odense
and all of 37 branches in the approximate vicinity surrounding Odense – i.e. across the island of Funen over to Kolding and Vejle in east Jutland, the bank wanted to tighten the personal contact with its major business clients. Business banking is typically quite complex. It involves a number of people and a number of different engagements and activities, and the bank has to
stay on top of the situation at all times. Fionia Bank was looking for a
tool to help them do so. They wanted to integrate their data about dates,
deals, campaigns, communications, etc., so as to establish an overview
that could improve the customer contact and, at the same time, expand the bank’s general position with their business clients.
