Dreizehn Jahren Einkauferfahrung, Schwerpunkt IT Softwareeinkauf bei Banken und Telekommunikationunternehmen so zB die Postbank, Deutsche Börse und T-Systems. Hauptaufgaben meine Tätigkeit sind:

-    Bearbeitung von Beschaffungsvorgänge
-    Ausschreibungen erstellen, Prüfen und Bewerten
-    Entscheidungsvorlage fürs Management erstellen
-    Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
-    Projektunterstützung (Steuerung, Leitung und Überwachung)
-  Abwicklung von komplexe Einkaufsaufträgen-/Projekte (National und International)
-    Unterstützung und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen
-    Due Diligence und Vertragsmanagemement

Mr. Pietro Mutolo is an experienced Project Procurement Manager with focus on the IT.  He worked for the majors companies like EADS, Deutsche Börse AG, T-Systems, Britisch Telecom and more as Sen. Procurement Project Manager dealing with software and implementation projects.

Scope, time and budget are those factors that requires the highest attention. From the first briefing such as to define strategy and gains the requirements up to develop a project plan and tender for a contractual signature -following by previous conduction of negotiations- he fulfils all needs with more than 10j project experience with and by different types of Industries and Partners. Our tasks are well defined: "...we must ensure the stakeholder(s) its need and expectations, but always focussed on the fact that the Deal for the Company itself must be more than secured, today and in the future. We must understand the scope and the reasons for such a (project) decision in order to plan and act accordingly. It is our task to proof possible associated risks and to present and discuss them in a expert round...."
