The European Academy for Taxes, Economics & Law invites representatives from all public institutions on national, regional and local level planning ICT projects and the procurement of ICT solutions, as well as providers of ICT solutions for the public sector, lawyers and consultants in the field of public procurement to the European Seminar “Public Sector ICT Procurement” to take place in Berlin on 4^th and 5^th March 2013.
